How to subscribe?

Upon landing on our promotional pages, you will need to verify your mobile number to pay for Crazemob’s digital content purchases through Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) payment method.

There will not be any charges until submission of phone details is made. After entering your phone details, charges will be added to your mobile billing at the time of the transaction.

Why can’t I subscribe?
  • Make sure you have entered a valid mobile number.
  • Check if you have enough credit in your mobile account.
  • There might be a connection discruption, try again in a few days.

Is the subscription free?

No, charges will be applied while subscribing to Crazemob. Charge rate will be applied as per mentioned on the promotional page visited when subscribing to the service. You may also find it in the welcome message that you will receive upon subscribing and in the monthly SMS reminder.

How do I pay?

Through Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) payment method.

How to unsubscribe?

You can cancel your subscription at any given time with no cancellation fees. Terms of termination of subscription are defined in the promotional page and welcome message.

Can I get refunded?

No. There is no refund policy for purchases made through Direct Carrier Billing payment method.
